Shizuka Haiji ( (はい) () (しずか) Haiji Shizuka?) is a former contender of the Blue Lock Project, who was a member of Spain's FC Barcha during the Neo Egoist League.

He was first introduced as part of the final string of forwards remaining after Second Selection. Having taken 32nd place at the end of the 5th round of the Neo Egoist League, he was excluded from the project.

Haiji has a slim, youthful build with soft, delicate features. His confetti-like hair is messy and layered, medium in length, and a light gray to bluish-gray color that frames his face in fluffy strands. His eyes are very large and round, light green in color.
