Snuffy is a man who prioritizes teamwork, strategy, and patient playing, shown in how he manages Ubers.
Despite this seemingly cold, calculating ideology, Snuffy is a rather mild person, politely pleading Shoei Baro to follow his team ideology and allowing the player to refuse. However, Snuffy is also an extremely determined man, following Barou into the training room to face off the player in a 1v1, all to prove his point. Barou agrees to his philosophy after the team master won.
It is shown that Snuffy prioritizes a player's mental state along with their individual talents, due to his history with his late teammate who committed suicide.[2] He participates in philanthropy, picking up Don Lorenzo off the streets and replaced the impoverished man's teeth with gold implants.[3]
