Second Selection Arc[]
Kiyora is a part of the 2nd team to clear the Second Selection along with Nagi, Baro, Chigiri, and Zantetsu. In Blue Lock - Episode Nagi, Kiyora was initially in a four-man team with Tabito Karasu, Eita Otoya, and Aiki Himizu before the 2nd Clear Team picked him up.
Third Selection Arc[]
Kiyora is selected to play with Team A, headed by Itoshi, and Shido. As a part of the A4 team, he competes with Kurona and Tokimitsu. The team wins their match against Team C with a score of 5 to 4.
U-20 Arc[]
Kiyora is selected as a reserve for the Blue Lock Eleven in the match against the Japan U-20 team.
Neo Egoist League Arc[]
Kiyora trains under Bastard München. During the match against Ubers, Noel Noa selects him to be the substitute right-back in place of Ranze Kurona whose leg was still cramped. However, Yoichi Isagi pleads with Noa to let Yo Hiori come instead, to which Noa eventually allows. Noa then promises Kiyora he will get his moment in their next match. Kiyora is selected as a starter in Bastard München's final match against Paris X Gen, playing as a left-back. While he does not score any goals, he assists a super goal made by Michael Kaiser, where Isagi stated he was the biggest contributor to Kaiser's new weapon, the Kaiser Impact Magnus. Kiyora's opening and final bid comes during the final auction round, with a 26,000,000 Yen offer from FC Portimion, ranking him 22nd, securing him a spot on the Japan U-20 team to play for the U-20 World Cup.
U-20 World Cup Arc[]
Kiyora is not selected as a starter for Japan's opening game against Nigeria. [1]
