Hibiki Okawa ( (おお) (かわ) (ひび) () Ōkawa Hibiki?) is a former member of Team Y. He was known as Sennou High School's star player. He was eliminated in the First Selection, along with all of the members of Team Y, with the exception of Ikki Niko. He would be the player that would have succeeded as the top scorer on Team Y if Ikki Niko didn't turn more egoistic, because his style of play mainly relied on him and his excellent vision and passing.

Following his expulsion, Okawa was offered a chance by Hirotoshi Buratsuta to participate in SIDE-B in order to join Japan U-20 during the U-20 World Cup.
