Sae Itoshi (糸師 冴 Itoshi Sae?) is the 31st episode of the Blue Lock anime series, and the seventh of the second season.

Reo is in the dark, talking to himself in the mirror, ultimately saying out loud that he doesn't know what to do. Chigiri enters and suggests that he can start by turning on the light. He asks Reo what he is doing, wondering if he is copying other people's personalities to the point that his personality has split. He asks about what he has said to Nagi, and Reo admits that he has not yet talked to Nagi, which is why his is practicing in the mirror. Reo admits that he is a chameleon who has lost sight of his own color. Reo is annoyed that Chigiri does not appear concerned. Chigiri says that he trusts Reo will be fine in the end. He encourages Reo that if there is something he needs to tell Nagi, he should do it while he still has a chance since it is possible he may not get another chance.
As Chigiri leaves the room, he says good night. Reo realizes that Chigiri is right and reflects that he must have been referring to his relationship with Kunigami that ended without closure. Reo wonders what Nagi thinks of him and returns to practicing statements in the mirror to Nagi, alternating between friendly to rivalry. He worries that Nagi may only consider him as someone from his past. He becomes angry looking at the mirror and calls Nagi a hassle monster. Chigiri comments that Reo has become the biggest hassle.
