"Face the Heck Forward" ( (まえ) () いていきまっしょい Mae Muiteiki Masshoi?) is the second chapter of the 21st volume and the 178th chapter overall of the Blue Lock manga series, written by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and illustrated by Yusuke Nomura.

Overview[]

The match between Bastard München and Manshine City continues. Manshine City is in the lead, 1 - 0.

Summary[]

As Isagi and Kurona continue to charge down the right side of the field, Isagi sees Kunigami near the goalbox guarded by just one Manshine City defender. However, Isagi intends to make the goal himself rather than give it to Kunigami. Preparing to receive Kurona's pass so that he can shoot, Kaiser steps in to intercept the pass, calling the script Isagi wrote "so boring". Before Kaiser can move the ball further, Chigiri steps in using a sliding cut, calling Kaiser script "so slow that it'll put people to sleep."

As Reo prepares to receive the pass from Chigiri, he appreciates that the game is faster when Chigiri is around. Reo looks down the field and sees the team's two weapons: Nagi and Agi. Two Bastard defenders aim to crush Nagi in a pincer, though with his back turned against them, he makes a zero reset turn to dribble past them. Isagi is surprised to see Nagi strategizing and making his own plays. Chris Prince tells Nagi to spin his web. Nagi states that things that are a pain are important.
